How to Order
Once you have selected the items you want to purchase, you are ready to place your order. CheerZone® offers a four-step ordering process:
   
    •     Finalize the items in your Shopping Bag
    •     Completing shipping and billing information
    •     Reviewing your order
    •     Receiving a confirmation call from a Customer Service Representative


Step 1: Shopping Bag
The shopping bag contains all the items you selected while shopping. During this step, you can add or delete items and change quantities.

Step 2: Shipping and Billing

You are asked to provide your billing address as well as the shipping address if your purchase will be shipped some place other than your billing address.

Step 3: Reviewing Your Order
Your order will be sorted by shipping address for your review. You can make changes or go ahead and place your order.

Step 4: Order Confirmation
A final summary and confirmation of your order appears, along with the phone number for Customer Service in case you need assistance. You can use the order number on this page to track the status of your order online through the My Account section 24 hours after it has been placed.

Shipping Information
The shipping days below are based on outbound shipping from CheerZone in Mayville, MI 48744. At this time, all online orders will be UPS ground shipping only. These are estimates only and do not include order processing times.  For questions on expedited shipping on your order please call 1.800.856.8869 and a Customer Service Representative will happy to help you with your order.

For ground shipments other than the 48 contigous stats, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please call for a shipping quote.  For expedited or international shipping please call for a quote.

Cancellations

All customized products, uniforms, poms, bows and socks are made specifically for you. Once the order is placed into production it cannot be cancelled. Before placing your order please double check it for accuracy.

Shortages or Mis-Shipments
If CheerZone® shipped incorrectly we will reship the items and pick up the incorrect items, both at our expense.  All shortages or mis-shipments must be reported within 10 days of receipt of your order.

Returns & Exchanges
*Non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of shipment.
*All products must be returned in original packaging within 30 days, in new and un-used condition to receive credit.
*The following items are not returnable: Custom uniforms, poms, socks, bows, bodywear and any personalized items.
*Shipping charges will apply on exchange orders.

Care Instructions
All garments should be washed according to the directions on the tags.

All Polyester Uniforms and Warm-Ups should be machine washed separately in cold water and removed immediately. Use mild detergent and do not bleach. Hang to dry. Do not dry clean. To avoid shrinkage and color bleed, garments should be machine-washed separately in cold water, gentle cycle.  Hang or lay flat to dry.
